Il nome stesso richiama l’abbreazione, una scarica emozionale che porta alla liberazione di pensieri e desideri nascosti. Questo vino unico è stato creato attraverso un’attenta selezione delle uve e una viticoltura di qualità basata su un’agricoltura organica rigenerativa. • Vinification: The second fermentation in the bottle is a silent dance of aromas and flavors that lasts for 8 months — a long but necessary time to give our wine that touch of magic that makes it unique. After this long dance, the wine rests for another year in the bottle, where our sparkling wine gains the perfection and delicacy that only time can bestow. This is a slow yet romantic journey that leads to the creation of a true work of art, where every sip becomes an unforgettable experience.
• Tasting notes: From the sensory analysis emerge aromas of white-fleshed fruit, apple and pear, with a light hint of banana; notes of coffee and white pepper; floral scents of white flowers such as jasmine, white hyacinth, and lily of the valley; followed by lemon and lime. Its fragrance and freshness on the palate offer a joyful, lingering desire to take another sip.
